We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who has transitioned into technical leadership and wants to shape both technology and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate software development teams working on multiple concurrent projects.
Define, design, plan, and manage development sprints and deliverables using Agile/SCRUM.
Act as a key technical reference, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with the CTO on technical vision, strategy, and architecture.
Support sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews.
Align development with business objectives in close partnership with Product Owners and Project Managers.
Conduct regular code reviews and mentor team members to foster technical excellence.
