Security & Compliance

Security, governance, and trust by design

Aionsentia approaches security and compliance as foundational elements of responsible technology development. Our systems — including Yasi AI and the solutions it enables — are built to support resilience, accountability, and data protection from the start, with a structured approach designed to evolve alongside the scale and complexity of the environments where we operate.

Building intelligent systems on secure, accountable foundations.

At Aionsentia, security and compliance are treated as foundational elements of how we design, develop, and operate our technology, including Yasi AI.

Although we are a young and fast-scaling company, we invest early in secure architectures, structured governance and transparent controls, with trust at the core of everything we deliver. Our goal is to build AI systems that are not only powerful and adaptive, but also reliable, resilient, and safe for the organizations, partners, and people who rely on them.

This approach reflects a broader principle that guides Aionsentia as a whole: advanced technology creates long-term value only when it is built on clarity, accountability, and operational discipline.

Our approach

Aionsentia’s security approach is designed to support both the company’s growth and the long-term reliability of its systems, including the technologies it develops such as Yasi AI.

Our platforms, services, and underlying technologies are built on a security architecture designed to be resilient, cloud-native, and aligned with internationally recognized frameworks. From the beginning, we have chosen to adopt a structured, engineering-driven approach to information security, with the goal of establishing a mature and auditable foundation as the company scales.

Principles that guide our security model

Our approach is built on a set of concrete principles that shape how we protect data, systems, access, and infrastructure.

Security by design

Security is embedded from the earliest stages of ideation, architecture, and development, rather than added later as a secondary control layer.

Least privilege and controlled access

Access is granted only when necessary and at the minimum level required, with the aim of reducing risk and improving traceability.

Data protection as
a core responsibility

We handle customer and partner data with care, applying encryption, access controls and protection practices aligned with internationally recognized standards.

Reliability and resilience

We build scalable, monitored, and resilient infrastructures designed to support continuity, operational stability and timely recovery when needed.

Continuous monitoring
and improvement

Security is an ongoing process. We continuously assess our systems, monitor risk, and adapt our controls in response to evolving technologies, threats, and operational needs.

Security practices and internal controls

As the company grows, we are building and formalizing internal practices that reflect this approach.

These include, among others:

Structured identity and access management

Monitoring, logging and endpoint protection tools;

Data protection criteria aligned with regulatory requirements;

Technical controls for cloud infrastructure and development environments;
Security incident management and response processes;
Internal guidelines for the responsible use of information and company tools.

These elements are supported by evolving documented procedures, and form the backbone of our broader information security model.

Governance, risk and accountability

icon Alignment with recognized standards
Our approach is informed by internationally recognized frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002 and NIST.
icon Risk-based decision-making
We approach security through periodic assessment, documented prioritization, and evolving treatment plans designed to address risk in a structured way.
icon Clear accountability
Security and compliance responsibilities are not isolated within one function. They are supported across engineering, operations, legal and leadership, reflecting the cross-functional nature of trust and governance in complex technology environments.

This governance-oriented approach is especially important for Aionsentia, as our systems — including Yasi AI and the solutions built on it — are designed to operate across institutional, organizational, and public-facing contexts where reliability and accountability are essential.

Regional and regulatory awareness

Aionsentia operates in an international and multicultural environment, with particular attention to the security and data protection requirements relevant to the territories where we operate.

Our priority is to respect privacy and data protection principles across all jurisdictions, adopting standards and practices that are designed to remain clear, accountable and appropriate for customers and partners. For this reason, our ecosystem is designed with attention to applicable regulatory requirements, including — where relevant — ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, UAE PDPL, EU/UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar local laws.

This does not mean applying a one-size-fits-all model. It means building with enough rigor and flexibility to operate responsibly across different regulatory and territorial contexts.

A framework in continuous development

To strengthen our practices and support higher levels of maturity, Aionsentia has initiated the ISO/IEC 27001 certification process, the world’s most widely recognized framework for information security management.

This process supports our effort to:

define clear and measurable controls

reinforce governance, processes and responsibilities

adopt a globally recognized risk management model

protect data and systems in a systematic and verifiable way

The journey is underway and reflects an ongoing commitment to greater maturity, transparency, and operational discipline.

Security is not an add-on. It is part of how we build.

At Aionsentia, security and compliance are not treated as peripheral obligations. They are part of the architectural, operational, and governance foundations required to build intelligent systems — including Yasi AI — that can be trusted over time.

As our ecosystem evolves, we remain committed to strengthening these foundations in ways that support resilience, accountability and trusted long-term operations across the environments where we operate.
